Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

To access the full range of 80an services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. You must provide your full name, a valid email address, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. 80an shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify our support team immediately.

One Account Only

Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Funds held in accounts found to be in violation of this policy may not be refunded.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that all activity within their account complies with these terms. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform. 80an reserves the right to take action, including account suspension and reporting to the relevant authorities, where necessary.

Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property

Account Suspension & Closure

80an reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or for platform security reasons. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If an account is closed due to a clear breach of these terms, 80an reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance at our discretion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through the account dashboard or by contacting the support team. All eligible balances will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once all checks have been completed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 80an shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform. This includes losses resulting from service interruptions, technical errors, or account suspensions carried out in accordance with these terms. Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 80an platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 80an or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 80an. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
